Cancellation Policy:
To cancel or to reschedule your appointment, kindly notify us 24 hours before your session to prevent being charged for the hour you booked.
We understand that your plans may change and unpredictable events may arise at any given moment. Still, we cannot use your missed hour for anything else.
The operational hours of our clinic are 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
Appointments are as per the counsellor’s availability.
